I'm Andrea Padula, and I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial services. I'm based in Milan, and I'm the Head of Partnerships & Business Development at Streetbeat, an AI platform for financial services headquartered in Menlo Park, California.
My job is to bring AI into European and Middle Eastern banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions. I spend most of my days in conversations with C-level executives about what AI can actually do for them — beyond the slide deck.
Before Streetbeat, I worked at Deloitte and across consulting and financial services. I've lived and worked in six countries across three continents: Italy, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and the United States.
I graduated from ESCP Business School with 110/110, specializing in M&A, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Theory. I speak Italian, English, and French.
